Gary Sheng - Tim Dort-Golts Strategic Discussion Transcript Summary

Date: June 28, 2025 Participants: Gary Sheng (@gary-sheng.md), Tim Dort-Golts (@tim-dort-golts.md) Duration: Extended conversation covering multiple strategic topics Location: Gary in Orlando for "Christofuturism" conference, Tim in transition to France

Key Themes & Strategic Insights

Gary's Role Definition: "Warrior Priest on the Battlefield"

Gary articulated his core identity and mission:

Gary: "I was like, you know what I am. I'm like a warrior priest on the battlefield."

Gary: "My role is, bro? To say what needs to be said."

This represents Gary's understanding of his calling to speak truth regardless of consequences, operating in both spiritual and strategic domains.

Christofuturism Conference and Branding Success

Gary reported positive reception of the "Christofuturism" concept:

Gary: "The funny thing is I tested this out yesterday with a bunch of old people. I didn't explain what Christofuturism meant. They're all Christians. They were all Christians yesterday. I said, oh, I'm going to Christofuturism. I was like, oh, cool. So that's how you know you made a good meme."

Tim: "It's when it sounds like something they just click Yes. Yes. Yes."

Critique of Alpha Schools vs. Dr. Alexander Partnership

Alpha Schools Problems:

Gary: "What their real job is to just do as little work as possible while defending that they are mission driven. Okay. That is the default."

Gary: "We're not gonna be you know, we need to basically be very clear on what the design objectives are. Right? What problems we're solving. What success looks like?"

Contrast with Dr. Alexander:

Tim: "Do you think or no?" (regarding whether Dr. Alexander fits the "minimal work" pattern) Gary: "That makes that makes sense. Because almost no one that comes to him has a mission. Almost everyone that's coming to him is last minute trying to fix a problem."

Educational Philosophy and Hierarchy Discussion

Gary's Teaching Methodology with Tim:

Gary: "It's all very like, Plato. And, like, asking questions. You know?"

On Educational Reform:

Gary: "I basically have convinced doctor Alexander that, like, trying to adapt anything to, like, common core or for the purpose of helping a kid get into university. Is a complete disservice to those kids. Because it's like an implicit endorsement of, like, a broken system."

Dr. Alexander's Memoir/Biography Project

Current Problems with the Memoir:

Gary: "Overall. And let me get some feedback about... One is there's, like, no images. I think you know that. But I think it's changed. Images of him as a kid, Three different jobs he's done. Awards he's won, all this proof that he's a real person. Is important."

Gary: "Because right now, the way his mind works is he writes a lot of, like, like, factual AI type essays where it's like, if you're a young black engineer, must pay attention to this thing, this thing, this thing. And it's nothing about that is false. Like, are you writing a memoir or, like, help article?"

Gary's Solution - Biographical Repository System:

Gary: "It needs to be a new software as well. Like, just for all that, right, with time stamps and everything. So let's call it a biographical repository. But overall, overall, it's a biographical slick. Legacy creation system."

Timeline for Biography Project:

Gary: "So what I want is maybe by mid January, I have finished a a full first draft of this biography. And then we start getting manuscripts out to people that we trust to edit help edit it. And then by you know, March, we are in a much better place. And then we start reaching out to people like Oprah's team so that we can start doing a book tour around you know, June."

Silo Cloud Technology Vision

Comprehensive Integration System:

Gary: "AGI is Alexander Gary Intelligence. But it's like this comprehensive integrated system that augments and aggregates augments all the humans within a tribe. Keep them aligned keeps them aligned on their projects, motivates them to keep the rest of the tribe informed on their projects, has a built in social network."

Tribal Infrastructure Concept:

Gary: "It's basically tribal infrastructure. Right? Where anyone that's, like, helping build the legacy of the tribe, archiving stuff, creating new content, filming stuff, of it should be connected to SilentCloud. There should be silent devices, silent cameras. Right? The footage automatically gets uploaded to SilentCloud."

Market Applications:

Gary: "It'll help every denomination or chapter of a denomination or both, really. Of Christianity Advance. Right? It'll help the US Navy and its sub subdivisions. Advance. It'll help school systems advance."

The Pegasus Plan - $500 Billion Fund

When Tim asked about references to "Pegasus":

Gary: "That's the $500,000,000,000 fund."

This appears to be connected to Dr. Alexander's major funding opportunity that Gary referenced in his letter to Dr. Alexander.

Truth-Telling as Core Principle

Why People Don't Tell Truth:

Tim: "Because they're afraid of the consequences. They're afraid of the consequences. And or they're afraid of change. Also also consequences."

Gary's Analysis of Alpha Schools:

Gary: "An environment of just putting up with lies... We're the number one criteria of how people make decisions is to not make Joe upset."

Gary: "I think people have given up like, they're like, well, the best I can do is make him not upset... And so it's honestly like, oh, how can I keep a low profile?"

The Compounding Effect of Lies:

Gary: "How do lies that may seem innocent in, like, small? Compound? Into catastrophic outcomes?"

Tim: "Small lies that compounded. Will be the reason alpha will fail its mission."

Solution - Fear of God Over Fear of Man:

Tim: "They should become a Christian. They should they should they should accept god. And fear him." Gary: "Yes. Literally." Tim: "Why? Well, the simplest answer is what what else do you fear? If you fear God? You're not allowed to fear anything else."

Critique of Tech Leaders and Surveillance State

On Elon Musk and Peter Thiel:

Gary: "So he you know, it's it's almost just kinda obvious to me that Elon and Peter Thiel, that whole crew is just, like, satanic."

Neuralink Concerns:

Gary: "You think that he he isn't going to, like, come up with a reason, by the way? For why his engineers should not invent a backdoor that's untraceable. He he's gonna have he he's gonna have a master control room. For all the people that use Neuralink."

Strategic Response:

Gary: "It's too easy for them to kill whistleblowers... what it's it's too easy for them to kill whistleblowers. Right? Sam Altman did that. Right? That whole crew is is satanic... You you know what's a better approach, bro? Build so much human flourishing that it makes him look bad."

Surveillance and Privacy Philosophy

Gary's Stark Assessment:

Gary: "I hate to say it, but also don't hate to say it. That's just you have to just be better where you can be spied on."

Gary: "I don't have good news for people about that. I'm not gonna make up good news for that."

Personal Standards:

Gary: "And so the thing that I'm trying to decide for myself is Do I watch porn anymore? Don't know. I it might be the case, Tim. That things get so busy. I don't even have time. But, also, it's probably more likely the case that I just am surrounded by smart hot chicks."

Christofuturist Monk Concept:

Gary: "Monk, bro. The modern monk builds kingdom infrastructure." Tim: "Be a be a crystal futurist monk. Yes."

Political Analysis and International Relations

On Israeli Influence:

Gary: "No one real no one really censors people's views on America. So it's like, people's views on America is basically like it's annoying, but they're not even thinking about they're not as angry as they could be because imagine that they were like, you know, you say something like you're about America, and then, like, American government kills you... but you just can't do that against Israel. Right? You just can't. You just can't. You're gonna you're gonna ban from the social media platforms. And America will will will go after you. America won't go after you for going after America. Who controls America then?"

Support for Truth-Telling Politicians:

Gary: "Thomas Massey. A good is a is a good example. Like, I'll be I'll be open if it made sense to supporting Thomas Massey in his work... He's he he he's a libertarian who was calling out Trump and his corruption. And anti war. So he's, like, Republican leaning, but he's like, I'm not gonna be a random Israel supporter for no reason. Right? He's taken no Israel money."

Recording and Documentation Strategy

Default Recording Principle:

Gary: "Well well, you never know when something interesting is about to happen. Right? And it's, like, nice to have the primary recording of it. Right? Even if, like, most of what you record is, like, not putting in any sort of historic historical record. Like, money's not an object, by the way, we can totally record everything. That is not, like, I mean, why why not record everything?"

Alexander Chang Wearable Vision:

Tim: "I think what we're discussing right now is basically calling for a variable an Alexander Chang wearable with bro. Crazy. Buying is gonna be so easy, by the way."

Fellowship and Truth-Seeking

Divine Curiosity in Fellowship:

Gary: "I I think that the truth comes through fellowship. And I think you should include that. And explain how I talk to you every day. And I talk to doctor Alexander every day. To build Real re I'll say divine curiosity."

Tim: "Genuine fellowship where everybody yeah... Divine curiosity. And genuine fellowship. Where it's like both of those Yeah. It's, when when when the two genuine fellows are just, like, on the on the same path on to towards the same mission together."

Tim's Development and Role

Tim's Communication Evolution:

Gary: "It kinda interesting I've trained you to be a good writer in different language that you grew up in?"

On Disclaimers and Confidence:

Gary: "Why don't you bake that into your statement? You know you're You know you're always adding a new statement. Before every statement. You're adding a statement. You're saying, oh, I could be wrong. You know, filter like, it's a a waste of words."

Gary's Impact on Tim:

Gary: "Do you think if I didn't talk like, meet meet you in Istanbul because that's where I learned that you're not... Do you think I've Like, another damn kid He's like because he's Yeah. You'll be I I don't know. I I don't I don't need a well, I do I do two things that are both true. I don't need to be like, complimented all the time by you about my role in your life. Also, I I appreciate it. And and yes, you'd be fucked with that."

Strategic Developments and Next Steps

Alexander Sheng Fellowship Program

Both participants discussed developing a comprehensive educational program that would train future leaders at Dr. Alexander's level:

Tim: "It's like we're we're gonna basically train the future Lael Alexander's, like, I mean, probably not exactly like him. As you said, like, every everybody's different, but what I'm trying to say is that they're gonna be this is going to be, like, their their level of operation."

Anti-Establishment Positioning

Gary: "Everything is up for us to decide. Right? Because, like okay. You think I let people pigeonhole me? Bro. Like, okay. Biographer, archivist, entrepreneur, inventor, gonna let anyone box me in, bro. Community builder. Event event visionary"

Truth as Competitive Advantage

Gary: "Like, like, like, it would be like like someone that, like, tells the truth, and and has a great message that's not like a communist... People are dying for the truth. So much appetite. People are hungering for the truth. Hungering. Starving for the truth."
