The Christofuture Foundation: Strategic Vision (V2)

Date: December 28, 2025

Prepared for: Mike Ajouz

Author: Gary Sheng

Status: Draft for discussion and co-iteration

A note before you read: This document focuses on the concept—the vision, the model, the opportunity. I'm not asking for a commitment to specific numbers or timelines here. I'm asking: Does this resonate? Is this the right approach? If we're aligned on the vision, we'll work through the specifics together. Think of this as a starting point for co-iteration. I'd love your pushback, questions, and ideas.

Executive Summary

The Christofuture Foundation exists to build a kingdom talent engine—a system that continuously scouts, funds, and connects the most capable Christians on the planet before anyone else sees them.

What You Get:

  • A community of Garys. High-agency believers serious about taking back ground for Christ.
  • First look at every exceptional Christian we find. Deal flow for future investments before anyone else sees them.
  • First right to invest if any projects become businesses.
  • Documented learnings about what works—which domains, which people, which approaches have the highest ROI.
  • You're not funding a single project. You're funding a kingdom talent engine.

The Model: We identify exceptional kingdom builders across education, tech, media, policy, and business. We invite each to pursue their calling with a micro-grant. We document what works. We concentrate resources on the winners. This results in a growing network of aligned, capable, loyal Christians building institutions that matter.

The Collective Intelligence Layer: Beyond funding, we serve as the strategic brain for the network. We synthesize learnings across all experiments and distribute intelligence through:

  1. Internal, confidential briefings for grantees—strategic insights, what's working across the network
  2. Public media ("The Daily Spirit" network)—for the broader movement

This is venture scouting for the kingdom—systematic, data-driven, compounding.

Year 1 Deliverables: 15-20 exceptional Christians identified and funded | Growing media platform | Multiple hackathons/gatherings | Documented case studies | Clear patterns about where leverage is highest

Note on this document: This is about achieving alignment on the concept first. If this vision resonates, we'll work through the specifics—budget, structure, timeline—together. The goal of this document is to answer: Is this the right model? Is this the right moment? Is this the right team?

The Problem of the Age

As of today, Christianity is losing the war — the war for humanity's soul. Our culture, our physical and digital spaces, our philosophical and academic discourse, these determine who people listen to, what choices they make, how they think and act, and where they derive meaning in the world. And since the mid-19th century, Christians have progressively ceded territory:

  • Intellectual discourse became increasingly separated from the divine
  • Universities we founded became secular strongholds
  • Media became hostile to faith
  • Our education curricula were and are being designed by anti-Christian forces
  • The Church's institutional bureaucracy and rapture-focused theology encouraged passivity: "Just save yourself. The world is fallen."

Meanwhile, the enemy operates with tactical superiority:

  • Lobbyists and influencers working state by state
  • Binary win metrics: elections, CEOs, policies, dollars
  • Coordinated distribution through every public school
  • Billions deployed to fund cultural transformation (through initiatives like the OSF and others)

But worst of all, The church still doesn't understand it's fighting an enemy.

We've completely left the game, abdicated the field.

The Christofuture Vision: 10-Year Horizon

The peak of Woke culture is gone. Christianity doesn't need defense anymore—it needs offense. Not through force, but through strategic, compounding influence deployed at scale. We must build infrastructure that enables a child born to Christian parents to inherit a world designed for their flourishing: schools that form them, communities that hold them, enterprises that employ them, and culture that elevates their values. The alternative is what we have now—and we've seen its fruit.

For the vision to come true, it is imperative that Christianity is associated with progress, with technology, with the future, while staying true to its values. Christofuturism is a way of seeing the Christian faith as timeless and true, not archaic and hostile to progress.

Here is what the Christofuturist future looks like in practice:

Thousands of Church Schools

Tech-forward, faith-rooted education spreading nationwide. Parents and teachers operating as entrepreneurs—students formed to become the same. Children contributing meaningfully to their churches and communities from a young age: running media, managing systems, tending gardens. Formation becomes participative, not just instructional. Schools as base and training ground for the spiritual war—activation centers that identify and mobilize families who are serious about taking back ground for Christ.

A Rise of Church-Centric Communities (read more)

Co-owned real estate appreciating through coordinated Christian presence. High-quality, affordable housing where young families can actually afford to have children. Physical infrastructure that makes the kingdom lifestyle economically viable and socially reinforced—not a sacrifice, but an advantage.

Kingdom Enterprises at Scale

Christian founders building world-changing companies without compromising conviction. Profitable enterprises that recycle capital back into advancing the Christofuture. Successful Christians as living proof that righteousness and excellence are not opposed—they compound.

Officials at the Highest Levels Aligned with Our Network

Policy influence through relationships, not just lobbying. Strategic positioning across government, business, and media. Our foundation converts kings—spreading the Gospel the way it has historically spread most effectively.

Christianity Becomes the Zeitgeist Again

Christian ideas don't just circulate within the "Christian genre"—they permeate mainstream culture. Films, podcasts, music, and media normalize what was marginalized: large families, sacrificial fatherhood, transcendent purpose, moral clarity. The question shifts from "why would you believe?" to "how could you not?"

Result: More Deal Flow Than We Can Handle

  • Endless pipeline of ambitious, capable Christians
  • God-given potential activated at scale
  • Global network of kingdom entrepreneurs, large-platform influencers, and policy-makers

The Three-Pillar Movement Model (proposed structure)

Pillar 1. The Foundation (Nonprofit) — Scouting & Micro-Grants

The scouting and funding arm. We identify the most capable Christians on the planet—founders, operators, builders with world-class talent and uncompromising conviction—and back them before anyone else sees them.

Micro-Grants (Year 1 Model):

  • Small grants to 15-20 kingdom builders, inviting each to pursue their calling
  • Fast decisions: 1-week turnaround, high trust, minimal bureaucracy
  • Portfolio approach: Some will 10x, some will fail. We learn fast.
  • Selection criteria: Devotion to Christ, demonstrated capability, strategic positioning, integrity
  • Grants are pure grants—not equity. But Mike gets first look to invest separately if any projects become businesses.
  • Direct investment track: If someone already has an investible entity, Mike can invest directly—no grant needed. They still join the community and get full network access. Grants are for pre-company builders; investment is for those already in motion.

Over time, as we learn what works, we can concentrate larger capital on proven people. The micro-grant model is how we discover who's exceptional through revealed performance, not just vibes. This mirrors how God operates: "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much" (Luke 16:10). Small grants first, then greater responsibility for those who prove faithful.

The Foundation as Source of Strategy:

The Foundation doesn't just fund individuals—it weaves the network together. We synthesize learnings across all our grantees and experiments, developing collective intelligence about what works. The strategy keeps getting sharper as we run more experiments.

How we distribute this intelligence:

  • Internal, confidential briefings for grantees: What's working across the network, strategic insights, emerging patterns, tactical recommendations
  • Public media: A version of our best thinking shared with the broader movement through “The Daily Spirit” network and other channels

Kingdom builders in our network don't just get capital—they get access to the best thinking about how to take back ground from the secular machine.

Pillar 2. The Media Empire (Top of Funnel)

The amplification arm. We become the default voice for ambitious Christians—morning exhortation, tactical wisdom, cultural commentary. What Andreessen Horowitz built for tech founders, we build for kingdom builders.

Why Owned Media is Non-Negotiable: Every serious movement needs media it owns and controls. Media that advances our initiatives. Media that gives our allies something to listen to every day. Media that increases their capacity, markets our products, and builds deeper devotion to the movement and the spiritual war we're waging. Without owned media, you're at the mercy of algorithms and platforms that don't share your mission.

  • "The Daily Spirit" Network: It begins as daily exhortations from a fellow brother in Christ—simple, personal, highly shareable. Over time, it evolves into a full media network: podcasts, interviews, cultural commentary, tactical content for builders. Think Daily Wire, but with actual soul and for kingdom entrepreneurs.
  • Filling the vacuum: There is shockingly little quality media for ambitious Christians. We fill that gap and own the category.

Activation TV: A New Genre of Movement Media

There's massive room for innovation here. One concept we're pioneering is Activation TV. Take the brisk pacing of reality TV, but use it for movement building. Viewers get dropped into POV views of the Christofuturism movement as it's being built in real-time. But unlike passive entertainment, Activation TV is participatory. Viewers are constantly invited to contribute: money, shares, engagement, prayer, skills, connections. It's not "watch us build something cool." It's "join us in building something eternal."

This is movement media for the smartphone age. Short-form, high-energy, constantly updated, always with a clear call to action.

Pillar 3. The Venture Arm (Future)

The compounding engine. LP-funded venture capital backing kingdom enterprises.

  • First-mover access: Every deal flows through our ecosystem before it hits the market. Mike gets first look at everything.
  • Perpetual funding: Returns recycle into the foundation, the community, the next cohort of grantees

The Scouting System

Finding exceptional kingdom builders is the core of what we do. Here's how:

  • Hackathons & Gatherings: Events like "Applied AI for Kingdom Builders" serve as scouting mechanisms. 24-48 hour hackathons reveal character under pressure—who executes, who collaborates, who leads without titles. Winners become micro-grant candidates. Quarterly gatherings create density among high-agency Christians.
  • Media as Magnet: The Daily Spirit attracts exactly the demographic we want—ambitious Christians who want to build. They find us instead of us hunting for them.
  • Network Effects: Every exceptional Christian we find knows 3-5 more. We systematically ask: "Who are the most capable Christians you know who are serious about taking back ground?" The network compounds. But we're not just adding people—we're looking for multiplicative returns. Each new person should make everyone else in the network more effective.

The Flywheel

Scouting → Micro-grants → Outcomes → Case studies → Reputation → More/better scouting

Each cycle, we get smarter about what works. By Year 2, we know which domains have the most leverage, which types of people deliver, and where to concentrate capital.

Example Grantee Profile:

David, 31, former Amazon engineer now in Austin. Left Big Tech to build "Church School OS"—software that makes it easy for churches to launch and operate microschools in their buildings. Scheduling, curriculum management, parent communication, TEFA compliance tracking—all in one platform. Needs a small grant to build MVP and pilot with 3 church-based schools. Deep faith, proven technical ability (shipped products at Amazon scale), strategic domain (thousands of churches have empty buildings M-F and want to launch schools but lack operational infrastructure).

Exactly who we're looking for.

Grant outcome: If David ships a working product → we help him raise a seed round (Mike gets first look to invest). If it doesn't work → we learned church school operations may need a different approach. Either way, David is now in the network, referring other exceptional Christians, and contributing to our collective intelligence about what works in education.

Example Domain: Education

Education is one example of a high-leverage domain for micro-grants. We'll scout across tech, media, policy, real estate, and more—but education illustrates the opportunity well.

Why Education Matters: Schools are prompt engineering for a civilization. Control formation, control the future. Every major religious movement that achieved multi-generational sustainability (Methodists, Adventists, Pentecostals) did so by integrating with education.

The Government Money Moment: Texas is launching TEFA vouchers in 2026—$10,000+ per student flowing into private education. 13 states now have universal school choice (vs. 0 three years ago). Billions in subsidies are coming. Supply isn't ready. First movers capture the market.

Schools as Activation Centers: Schools surface families serious about the spiritual war. A parent who sends their kid to a Christian microschool is signaling awareness. Churches that partner are signaling readiness. Schools become forward operating bases for the kingdom—not just formation centers, but mobilization centers.

Church Schools Arbitrage: Churches have buildings sitting empty M-F. No need to buy land. The relational infrastructure already exists. Education is a natural extension of what churches already do.

Gary has educators in his network eager for aligned experiments. This is one of many domains where micro-grants may fund kingdom builders.

What Makes This Different

From Soros/Left-wing Infrastructure:

Same strategic sophistication. Opposite spirit. We understand "reflexivity"—that changing what people believe changes what's possible. Same strategic mechanics Soros used, inverted for kingdom purposes.

  • They used systematic, long-horizon funding of aligned activists to reshape culture in a secular/progressive direction over 30+ years
  • We're building systematic, long-horizon funding of aligned kingdom builders to reshape culture toward God's kingdom
  • They pump money into problems (or create them). We build self-sustaining infrastructure.
  • Once rails are built, system perpetuates without billionaire dependency
  • Mike gets to be the founding patron of righteous infrastructure—the anti-Soros

From Traditional Nonprofits:

  • Everybody talks about how great it will be, nothing happens
  • We demand accountability: tangible deliverables, timelines, metrics
  • Profitable where possible, funded where necessary
  • Fast iteration, documented learnings, concentrated bets on winners

From Secular Incubators:

  • Y Combinator for Christians, but with spiritual requirements
  • Uncompromising conviction. Kingdom-first orientation. This isn't a networking club—it's infrastructure for people who've staked their lives on Christ's lordship.
  • Billy Graham-level integrity: never alone with women who aren't your wife, financial transparency, peer accountability

From Government Dependency:

  • Self-sustaining through market mechanisms (tuition, enterprises), not grants
  • Freedom to operate on kingdom principles without bureaucratic capture
  • The Palantir lesson: build critical infrastructure while the window is open

From Existing Christian Organizations:

  • Most Christian institutions are siloed by denomination and backward-looking
  • We're explicitly cross-denominational and future-oriented
  • The spirit of this is going to spiritual war. Most existing Christian infrastructure isn't built for offense—it's built for preservation. We're building for territory expansion.

Proven Models, Kingdom Application:

This isn't a novel experiment—it's a proven model applied to a new domain:

  • Thiel Fellowship: Back exceptional young people early, before credentials validate them. Trust revealed capability over résumés.
  • Emergent Ventures: Tyler Cowen's micro-grant program for high-agency builders. Fast decisions, minimal bureaucracy, portfolio approach.
  • Y Combinator: Invest in people, not just ideas. Build network effects. The best founders know other great founders.

We're applying these mechanics to the kingdom. Same rigor, same speed, same compounding network effects—different purpose.

The Vision in Phases

This section outlines the trajectory, not a fixed plan. The goal right now is alignment on the concept. If this resonates, we'll work through specifics—budget, structure, timeline—together.

Phase 0: 2025 — Inventing the Meme

2025 was about Gary inventing "Christofuturism" as a meme—and validating that people who matter resonate with it. The vision has been tested with founders, pastors, educators, and cultural leaders. The response has been consistent: the ideas resonate and this is a movement worth building.

Now it's time to build it.

Phase 1: Year 1 (2026) — Scouting & Seeding

Year 1 is about proving the model works. Find exceptional Christians. Fund them. Document what happens. Build the media platform. Create density through gatherings.

Year 1 Activities:

  • Scout 15-20 exceptional Christians across domains (tech, education, policy, media, real estate)
  • Deploy micro-grants to invite each to pursue their calling
  • Build The Daily Spirit as default morning content for ambitious Christians
  • Host hackathons/gatherings to surface talent and create community density
  • Document what works: Which domains have leverage? Which people deliver? What patterns emerge?
  • Synthesize strategy: Develop and share collective intelligence across the network

What Mike Gets:

  • First look at every exceptional Christian Gary finds — deal flow for future investments
  • First right to invest if any projects become businesses (grants stay grants, but investment optionality is preserved)
  • Belonging in a curated community of the most capable believers on the planet
  • Documented learnings about what works — data-driven, not theoretical
  • Monthly updates and quarterly deep-dives on grantee progress, network growth, and strategic learnings
  • Opportunity to meet in person with anyone Gary scouts
  • He's not just funding a single project — he's funding a kingdom talent engine

This isn't passive philanthropy—it's active participation in building the network.

Year 1 Success Metrics (proposed—open to your input):

  • 15-20 exceptional Christians identified and granted
  • Growing media platform (The Daily Spirit)
  • Multiple hackathons/gatherings executed
  • 5+ documented case studies of grantees making meaningful progress
  • Clear pattern recognition: which domains/people/approaches show highest ROI
  • Mike has met 20+ exceptional Christians he wouldn't have found otherwise

Phase 2: Year 2-3 — Concentrate on Winners

  • Increase grant pool based on Year 1 learnings
  • Larger grants to proven performers
  • Expand hackathon/gathering series to multiple cities
  • Scale media presence
  • Identify domains with highest leverage and double down

Phase 3: Year 4+ — Venture Formation

  • LP commitments for kingdom venture fund
  • First-mover access to all ecosystem deal flow
  • Returns compound into perpetual foundation funding
  • The flywheel spins itself

Why Gary

Gary occupies a unique position.

Think of Gary as the Charlie Kirk of Christofuturism—transpartisan, transdenominational, strategically positioned to be the fabric, the bridge, the glue between the most high-agency Christians and institutions in the country and eventually the world.

We live in an age where leaders with significant investment in their personal brand rapidly grow the institutions attached to them. This is only becoming more true. What Charlie Kirk was to Turning Point USA, Gary is to Christofuturism. Investment in Gary's personal brand is strategic infrastructure for movement growth.

Track Record

Gary isn't a theorist. He's executed before:

  • Social Media:
    • Facebook: Built a huge Facebook page (~800k) that helped mainstream police brutality activism in 2017
    • TikTok: Gained 130k followers in a few months in 2021 occupying a missing gap in center-right discourse
    • Soundcloud: Built a big community (110k) around tropical house
    • Substack: Built a following of high-quality, aligned founders this past couple of years
  • Marketing & Community:
    • Gitcoin Passport: Grew product from 150K to 800K users
    • Civics Unplugged: Co-founded youth civic leadership organization (backed by The Rock, Andrew Yang, Coinbase)
    • Edge City Denver: Co-spearheaded gathering of 2,500 technologists at ETH Denver 2024
  • Forbes 30 Under 30 - Social Impact (2020)
  • Former Google Engineer (2015-2019)
  • Top graduate of Gauntlet AI engineering bootcamp

Why This Model Fits Gary

This proposal focuses Gary on what he's proven excellent at:

  • Scouting exceptional people before anyone else sees them
  • Building communities that create density among high-agency individuals
  • Creating media/brand that attracts ambitious builders

It doesn't ask him to operate schools, manage complex institutions, or do things he hasn't proven he can do. Scouting + community + media = where Gary compounds. Everything else is what the people he finds and funds will build.

Skin in the Game

Gary believes this is the highest-leverage use of his life. He's betting on this path because he believes it matters more than anything else he could do. This is a deliberate commitment to advancing God's kingdom.

Digital and Physical Centers of Gravity

Over time, the grantees we fund will create both:

  • Physical centers: Schools, churches, communities, business hubs where Christians converge
  • Digital centers: Media, platforms, networks that keep the movement top-of-mind daily

Gary's job is to find the builders. Their job is to build. Both are essential.

Why Now

Moment of Maximum Leverage:

  • Cultural pendulum is swinging toward tradition + Christianity: Post-woke exhaustion is real. The soil is ready. Time to sow.
  • Disillusionment with the Woke/Pagan Right will leave millions looking for more. The people we want to align with and support will look for more substance and nuance than the Candaces, Tuckers, and Fuenteses of the world.
  • Young Christians are hungry for community, purpose, and complete lifestyle integration: They want to build, not just consume. They need infrastructure to activate their calling.
  • AI is creating unprecedented disruption: The tools to build are more powerful than ever. One person can do what took teams before.
  • School choice is expanding rapidly: 13 states now have universal programs (vs. 0 three years ago). Texas TEFA launching 2026-27 with $1B allocated. 44 states introduced 561 school choice bills in 2024. Classical Christian education grew 50% in 5 years to 700+ schools. The infrastructure window is open NOW.

The Evil Shows This Works:

  • Soros-style infrastructure transformed culture in 30 years
  • The fruit is visible: suicide rates, family collapse, widespread degeneracy
  • Same model, inverted purpose: take back territory for Christ

The Christofuture

We are building the future.

A future where:

  • Being a Christian kid is way better than being an atheist kid
  • Ambitious believers have infrastructure to activate their calling
  • The kingdom expands through excellence, doesn’t retreat
  • Christ is glorified through human flourishing

This future depends on ambitious, bold Christian men and women willing to give their life for the Kingdom.

We find them. We fund them. We unleash them.

Without intervention, the trajectory is clear: deeper into hell on earth. Rising suicide, collapsing families, children lost to screens and despair. Christofuturism is a bet in the other direction—that God's people, equipped and unleashed, can reclaim territory and build heaven on earth.

Let's make this movement a reality.

What's next: This is a draft focused on the concept—the vision, the model, the opportunity. I want your reactions: Does this resonate? Is this the right approach? What's missing? If we're aligned on the vision, we can work through the specifics together. Looking forward to the conversation.

"Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, so that a runner can read it." - Habakkuk 2:2
