Thanks for your follow-up questions. Here's where we stand on the June 14th event:

Committed Partners & Participants​

Speakers:

  • Cruz and Ella (Alpha students) - confirmed to present and guide tours
  • Chris Locke - committed to speak
  • Dr. Lael Alexander - our biggest potential strategic partner, confirmed for tech showcase/demonstration

Alpha Staff:

  • Stefanie Baduria (Head of K-8) - available to participate
  • Jack Oremus (High School guide) - available to participate and help with event coordination
  • Heather Staker (Guide training lead) - available to participate

Production & Capital Commitments:

  • Best Served Cold (producer agency) - working with us for several weeks, produced our previous event
  • Arthur worked with me on initial event scoping (Joe connected us)
  • Event concept has evolved since initial scoping based on feedback from conversations with you, Joanna, and others

Current Attendee Status​

Based on our RSVP dashboard, we're projecting:

  • ~100 people to RSVP yes by the event date (right now it's 31, not including people who have verbally said yes)
  • 60-70+ actual attendees expected

Discussion with Joe​

Yes - Joe connected me with Arthur a few weeks ago to scope out this event initially. The concept has evolved considerably since then based on strategic input from various stakeholders, shifting from the original parent-focused approach to the current partner development focus.
