Here's where we stand with the June 14th Parent Event:

Onboarded local production company (Figure It Out Agency and Castillo) - meeting today to finalize details
Working on city permitting today - first Ramp charge will be $50-500 for this
Securing event insurance - this will be the second charge
Identified 7 local vendors for the block party portion
Contacted local DJs for kid-friendly entertainment
Connected with e-gaming vendors for interactive experiences to engage children
Coordinating with Do512 and "When Where What" to leverage their parent databases for outreach
Planning targeted Facebook campaigns, flyers, and local outreach
Finalizing the structure for the three indoor sessions/plenaries focused on parent conversion

On the financial side:

First Ramp charges happening today for permitting, insurance, and Ron's May stipend
Team is preparing comprehensive invoice with all itemized costs
50% deposit to vendors will be charged by Friday (May 23rd)
Remaining 50% will be processed the week of the event
We're keeping everything within the approved budget

It's been a productive first week post-approval!
