Joint Vision: Our strategy is two-pronged and synergistic. This positions the Alpha Schools ecosystem to secure tens, and then hundreds, of millions of dollars annually through policies we help write, establishing Alpha as a key advisor in the national AI-driven educational transformation. Secondly, this policy and funding environment will directly fuel and be demonstrated by our national parent mobilization efforts, including the immediate Fall 2025 goal of securing 100+ full-pay (or strategically scholarship-supported) student enrollments for Alpha's new high schools. This enrollment drive will be powered by generating 500+ qualified parent tours through a series of high-impact "Big Bang" events in 6 key cities (Mid-May to Early August 2025). Together, these initiatives will boost enrollment and visibility for all Alpha schools, refine our national outreach model, and accelerate our long-term goal: establishing Alpha Schools as the dominant educational ecosystem for ambitious, influential parents nationwide, leveraging robust demand and favorable government grant opportunities.
