Dear Brentom and Gene,
Thank you again for taking the time to visit our facility and for engaging in such a thoughtful discussion. It was a pleasure to provide a firsthand look into Dr. Lael Alexander's vision and the advanced manufacturing capabilities we have developed here in Tulsa.
We were particularly energized by the clear alignment between Dr. Alexander's innovations and Mayor Monroe Nichols IV's housing vision. We believe our ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective housing at an unprecedented speed offers a direct path to helping achieve the ambitious goal of adding thousands of affordable units by 2028, especially through the revitalization of blighted properties. This approach not only addresses the housing gap but also, as the Mayor noted, makes Tulsa safer and more competitive.
Dr. Alexander's work attracts significant interest from various sectors, and we are always highly considerate of everyone's valuable time. Given the exceptional alignment we see here, our goal is to move beyond preliminaries and determine quickly if there is a concrete path for us to support the Mayor's vision.
Could you please advise on what the ideal next step would be from your perspective? We are prepared to outline a more formal proposal, provide detailed technical specifications, or arrange a follow-up meeting with Dr. Alexander to discuss a potential pilot project.
We look forward to hearing from you and charting a path forward together.
Best regards,
Gary Sheng
