Project Overview​

This engagement will create a comprehensive, living documentation system for Travis Oliphant's leadership philosophy, business principles, and strategic frameworks, combined with ongoing strategic communication support for various organizational and public-facing initiatives.

Scope of Services​

1. Worldview Operating System Development​

  • Weekly recorded conversations (2-3 hours) exploring core principles, decision-making frameworks, and strategic philosophies
  • Custom repository creation using Gary's proven documentation architecture (similar to FaithWalkOS)
  • Hyperlinked documentation structure connecting related concepts and principles across domains
  • AI-searchable system enabling instant access to relevant guidance and frameworks
  • Web interface development for easy navigation and sharing

2. Strategic Communication Artifacts​

As needed during the contract period, development of:

  • Memos (employee communications, investor updates, strategic planning documents)
  • Speech content and presentation materials
  • Video scripts for podcast or educational content
  • Blog posts and thought leadership articles
  • Framework documents for incubator methodology and open source philosophy

3. Content Organization & Extraction​

  • Story collection and narrative development illustrating key principles
  • Pattern documentation from Travis's successful projects (NumPy, Anaconda, PyData, etc.)
  • Lesson synthesis from business experiences, hiring decisions, and partnership outcomes
  • Philosophy articulation connecting faith principles to practical business applications

Time Commitment & Meeting Structure​

Weekly Sessions​

  • Primary commitment: 2-3 hours per week of focused conversation
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate Travis's availability
  • Recording enabled for accurate documentation and future reference
  • Topic preparation by Gary based on previous conversations and identified gaps

Additional Support​

  • Unlimited email/text consultation for urgent communication needs
  • Rush document creation when time-sensitive materials are needed
  • Review cycles for all created materials before finalization

Deliverables​

Core Worldview Repository System​

  • Mobile-friendly web application deployed within first week
  • Living documentation repository that continuously evolves throughout engagement
  • Hyperlinked worldview structure connecting principles, stories, and frameworks
  • AI-searchable interface for instant access to relevant guidance
  • Version control system tracking evolution of thinking over time

Ongoing Content Development​

  • Unlimited strategic communication artifacts as needed throughout contract period
  • Weekly content additions based on recorded conversations
  • Cross-reference system linking related concepts across all documented areas
  • Story integration weaving narrative examples throughout principle documentation

Training & Sustainability​

  • Self-maintenance training for ongoing system development
  • Documentation methodology for future expansion and replication
  • Technical support throughout contract period and 90 days beyond

Investment & Payment Terms​

Total Contract Value: $15,000 ($5,000/month)​

Payment Schedule​

  • $5,000 monthly on the 1st of each month
  • First payment due upon contract signing
  • Subsequent payments due September 1st and October 1st

Payment Method​

Wire transfer or ACH to business account preferred. Payment terms: Net 15 days from invoice.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights​

Client Ownership​

  • Travis retains full ownership of all documented content and principles
  • Complete rights to use, modify, and distribute all created materials
  • Ownership of custom repository and web interface

Service Provider Rights​

  • Gary retains rights to reference methodology and approach for future clients
  • Permission to use general framework (not specific content) as portfolio example
  • Right to develop similar systems for other clients using learned methodologies

Confidentiality​

  • All conversations and documented content remain confidential unless explicitly authorized for public use
  • Gary commits to not sharing specific principles, stories, or frameworks without written permission
  • Standard non-disclosure provisions apply to all proprietary business information

Success Metrics​

Quantitative Measures​

  • Completion of all scheduled conversation sessions
  • Delivery of agreed-upon documentation and artifacts
  • Functional worldview operating system with all planned features
  • Client satisfaction with final deliverables

Qualitative Outcomes​

  • Travis reports significant time savings in explanatory communications
  • Organizational team members can access and utilize documented frameworks
  • Enhanced consistency across Travis's various communication channels
  • Foundation established for future strategic communication needs

Terms & Conditions​

Cancellation Policy​

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Payment due for all completed work through termination date
  • All completed deliverables transfer to client upon payment

Revision & Refinement​

  • Unlimited revisions included during active contract period
  • 30 days post-completion for minor adjustments and corrections
  • Major additions or changes after completion subject to separate agreement

Technical Support​

  • 90 days of technical support for repository system included
  • Training provided for self-maintenance and future expansion
  • Bug fixes and system improvements included during contract period

Force Majeure​

Standard force majeure provisions apply for uncontrollable circumstances affecting deliverability.
