Message to Brenda Gentry: Holding Company Partnership Proposal

Hey Brenda,

I've been praying and thinking about how God wants us to work together, especially with Brian heading to the US and your YouTube channel about to launch. Something came to my heart that I wanted to run by you.

I think you're the first serious personal brand that we should invest in together, and I believe it's the right time to think about structure before we get too far into contractual agreements.

The Vision: Gentry Sheng Holdings​

What if we created a holding company (let's call it Gentry Sheng Holdings as a placeholder) that serves as the parent for everything we build together? This would include:

  • Nation of Fire type ventures and tokenized real estate
  • Media assets (your YouTube channel, future content properties)
  • Stakes in companies we advise and invest in
  • Joint consulting for startups beyond DeepTrack

Think of it as a venture studio where Brian is our first client.

DeepTrack Proposal​

Instead of us each taking individual stakes, what if we propose to Brian a 20% stake in DeepTrack over three years that goes to Gentry Sheng Holdings? This builds the muscle of us working together as a unified partnership with shared faith in what God is doing.

YouTube Channel Structure​

Similarly, before we get too far in the planning process, what if your YouTube channel lives under Gentry Sheng from the start? This sets the foundation right from the beginning.

Why This Feels Right​

I really want to work with you on a lot of stuff. I believe we're a strong unit together, and we should have faith to seriously explore us being a joint entity for many things. This structure would:

  • Formalize our partnership in a way that honors both of our contributions
  • Create a foundation for the movement building we've been talking about
  • Position us to move quickly on opportunities as they come
  • Build shared equity in everything we create together

Next Steps​

This is just a thought that God put on my heart. I wanted to plant the seed with you before we finalize anything with Brian or other partners.
