Archived Relationships

This folder contains relationship files for contacts that are no longer actively relevant to Gary's 2026 priorities.

Criteria for Archiving

Contacts are archived when they meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. One-time transactional contacts - Uber drivers, random event attendees with no ongoing relationship
2. Placeholder/incomplete files - Files created but never populated with real contact info
3. Departed from relevant organizations - Former staff with no ongoing relationship
4. No strategic value - No relevance to current projects (daily-spirit, applied-ai-society, christofuture-foundation, christofuture-prep)
5. Minimal interaction - Brief one-time meeting with no follow-up or future potential

Reactivation

If a contact becomes relevant again, simply move their file back to the main /relationships folder and update the frontmatter accordingly.

Archive Date

Files moved here include an archived_date field in their frontmatter for tracking.
