"Emmanuela Orlandi scarsa in Italian means disappeared in 1983 she vanished... her father had worked at the Vatican... you'll see a picture of her as a young girl standing in front of John Paul II who in fact was was somebody who had harmed her and uh was involved in this night circle you know trading in children."

Eyewitness Testimony​

The court has interviewed two key witnesses:

"There are two eyewitnesses one within the ninth circle a former cult member and a victim survivor who has come forward who was involved in the cult her parents had introduced her into the cult and she survived she's in hiding now somewhere in Europe."

Vatican Archives Evidence​

"Sources within the Vatican once this stuff became known they approached the court with a log apparently this is a log a journal of all the ninth circle ceremonies that have been held in the Vatican since 1870 and uh this log confirms that pose the present pope Leo was present at these and other ceremonies in the Vatican."

Chamber U - "Tomb of Lucifer"​

Annett describes specific locations where activities allegedly occurred:

"If you look there scroll down a little bit you'll see uh chamber U that's called the tomb of Lucifer and that's where these at least the recent nine circle sacrificial ceremonies we're talking about took place it's right beneath St peter's Square right where um according to legend St peter was crucified upside down."

The symbolism was not lost on Annett: "it's inverting the energy of early Christianity to capture it and control it just like they do in these sacrificial ceremonies."

Historical Excavation Context​

The timing of when these chambers were opened is significant:

"This U on the map the the temple the U tomb of Lucifer right beneath where they supposedly crucified Peter um it was only excavated in 1940 by this Pope Pas I 12th now he's the one who recognized the Nazi regime and they recognized each other this is 1940 to49... it's interesting that's when this pest the 12th the pro-Nazi pope authorized the excavations that opened up this um tomb of Lucifer."

The Selection Process​

"Red List" of Papal Candidates​

Annett claims there's a systematic process for choosing popes:

"Like every Roman pontiff Robert Pvost was chosen as pope from a select stable of ninth circle members who have been groomed by the cult for years and proved their loyalty to its carnage."

He explains: "There's a list call it a red list and this guy was in on the ceremonies in 1978 when he was an ordained priest the month he got ordained he was in so he went on the red list he's a safe candidate for to be the pope so it's arranged beforehand it's like a presidential election it's arranged it's a selection not an election."

Court Schedule​

The court proceedings are set to move quickly:

"The court is convening in two weeks Sunday June 1st 3 months later September 1st the court is issuing summones to Leo and his accompllices uh to be arraigned before the court... and the charges will be read out and the prosecution's case will begin on September 1st."

When asked about serving papers to the Pope, Annett explained:

"Under their statutes they can't be prosecuted but under international law they can be he can be prosecuted as flesh and blood man the common law principle going back to before Magna Carta says be you ever so high you are not above the law."

Annett describes the Vatican's financial influence:

"All financial roads lead to Rome uh that's why all the presidents go over there and pay homage... is the Vatican the largest bank in the world yes... it's in the trillions... about 3/4 to 85% of the assets the all the bank deposits channeled into the Vatican bank."

Rather than waiting for global solutions, Annett advocates for local action:

"The only way to answer that question is to think okay how are we going to do it on our community this is a groundup process... you seize the assets in your local community... take the buildings back and u arrest any Catholic priest because they're all part of this criminal conspiracy."

"If they want to kill you they'll kill you and their their main ally is not the cop out there but the cop in your head he's telling you don't do this you know something might happen to you i passed that long ago where I was self- concerned in that way because I realized because it can happen to any of us at any time not just from a killer but fate you know we could drop dead from a stroke to tomorrow you have only this moment."

Annett claims previous court actions have had real consequences:

"Don't forget Ratzinger stepped down uh when the Spanish government threatened to have him arrested if he came to Spain when they looked at the dock of evidence we had on him so he's vulnerable i think that's why these threats are intensifying."
