Dear Hien,​

Congratulations, congratulations on your first payout.

I'm just so glad that you stuck through it. I know you worked harder and risked more than most people could imagine. You sacrificed so much for this financial security, and you've earned every penny of it.

I'm sorry for everything you went through to get here, and I'm profoundly grateful that God, the universe, connected us when He did - a little over a year and a half ago. Because I think we both needed each other. We both needed each other's friendship, and I've been really happy to be a brother to you over this past year, especially as you've experienced so much hardship with Nicole and also just the infinite delays. It felt like they would never end.

This Next Chapter​

I'm excited about this next chapter. I'm excited to live together, travel together, whatever emerges. And I'm excited to really help you put this money to good use.

I have ideas and missions that I would like your help funding, but first and foremost, I think the priority is clear:

  • Getting yourself secure
  • Paying off your debts
  • Making things right with people you owe and people you've wronged

That's obviously the first step, and I respect you deeply for wanting to handle that with integrity.

After that foundation is set, let's figure out where to invest - particularly in real estate. Where is real estate going to really boom over the coming years?

I have some thoughts about why Liberty, Texas might be a really good idea, actually:

  • Third fastest growing county in the United States
  • Factories and industry are moving there rapidly
  • It's going to be a spiritual center of America - I have full confidence of that

Our Mission Together​

Then comes the ongoing, fun adventure - setting up institutions where we can fund scientists and miracle workers so that healing can happen around the world.

Healing in many senses of the word - I think that's our mission, Hien.

I'm excited to partner with you on this. We have complementary skills and energies. I love your unique perspective on everything, and I'm always going to be learning from you, just as I know you'll be learning from me.

I want to protect you, brother. And I want us to do a lot of great things together.

So yeah, welcome to this next chapter of your life - of our lives.
