The Subtle Warfare
Satan's brilliance is making you think nothing is wrong.
We're living through spiritual warfare, but most people don't recognize it because it doesn't look like persecution.
The flood is here. Not water this time—spiritual violence that manifests as spiritual depression, spiritual obesity, and spiritual unemployment.
This is Satan's masterpiece of deception. If the attack was overt—mass arrests of Christians, public executions, obvious oppression—there would be massive resistance. People would fight back. The church would unite.
But make people spiritually depressed? Spiritually fat and lazy? Spiritually unemployed and purposeless? They'll think it's their own fault. They'll try to fix it with secular tools that created the problem.
"I just need to work harder."
"Maybe I need a better attitude."
"I should try this new diet/therapy/productivity system."
They don't realize they're drowning in a flood designed to destroy them slowly, from the inside out.
This is warfare for those who lack discernment.
Most people aren't perspicacious enough to see what's actually happening. The spiritual violence is so subtle, so normalized, that it feels like ordinary life problems.
Men who should be leading families are addicted to porn and video games.
Women who should be raising children are climbing corporate ladders toward emptiness.
Young people who should be building the future are paralyzed by anxiety and living with their parents.
Communities that should be thriving are isolated, atomized, and suspicious of each other.
Everyone feels something is wrong, but they can't identify the source. So they treat symptoms instead of the disease.
The root is literally spiritual war. Evil is fighting against those who stay faithful to God, and the enemy wants to completely eliminate us without firing a shot.
The genius is in the subtlety.
No martyrs to inspire others. No obvious villain to rally against. Just slow rot from the inside while people assume they're personally failing at life.
But for those with eyes to see, the warfare is obvious from every corner. The flood isn't coming—it's here. We're already living in enemy-occupied territory.
The question isn't whether you're under attack. You are.
The question is whether you're awake enough to fight back with spiritual weapons instead of secular band-aids.
Wake up. The war is real, and recognizing it is the first step toward winning it.
