Episode 026: Your Faith Unlocks Miracles
Script
Welcome back to The Daily Spirit. Friday, January 9th, 2026. Five minutes of spirit-filled encouragement to kick off what I'm hearing is going to be the best day of your life.
Have you ever felt paralyzed by options? Too many paths. Too many backup plans. Too many "what ifs" running through your head.
We live in the age of infinite optionality. Keep your options open. Don't commit too early. Always have a Plan B.
But here's the problem. That mindset is the opposite of faith.
I want to tell you about my friend Chauncey. He was going through the job application process with Hallow. That's the Christian prayer and meditation app. He made it to the final round for one role but didn't get it. There was another role he was waiting on. A final interview with the CEO that hadn't been scheduled yet.
Here's what Chauncey did. He asked God for a sign. And he immediately found a five-leaf clover. Right there.
So he went all in. He didn't apply anywhere else. He didn't pursue other opportunities. He said, "I feel deeply called to work at Hallow and I believe God has given me strong signs that it's the right path."
Months of waiting. Months of interviews. It was hard to just be still. But he kept the faith.
Yesterday, I got a message from him. All caps. "GOT THE JOB WITH HALLOW! Praise be to the Lord! The whole experience has been beautiful and I'm crying with joy and gratitude."
That's what happens when you actually step out in faith.
Hebrews 11:1 says:
"The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living."
The Bible is full of people who stopped hedging. Peter stepped out of the boat onto the water. Abraham left everything familiar with no map. Moses stretched his staff over an impossible sea. David ran toward Goliath while everyone else ran away.
The miraculous happened because they stepped out first. Before they could see the outcome.
We see so few miracles today because there's so little real faith. So little surrender. So little going all-in on the thing God is calling you toward.
God laid out a path for you before you were born. Not a general path. Your path. The work that is critical to your soul's evolution. The calling that only you can fulfill.
Stop keeping your options open. Stop hedging. Ask God where He wants you. Then go all in.
Let's speak some truth and life over your day. Repeat after me.
I step out in faith.
I trust where God is leading me.
I surrender my backup plans to Him.
My divine path is real and I'm walking it.
This will be the best day of my life.
Go get after it. God is with you. Talk tomorrow.
