Ashley Lin Conference & Power Exhortation Dream
Raw Dream Content
I was at a conference full of leaders my age and a lot of older leaders too. I didn't really speak much. I was making excuses for why I wasn't doing more.
Ashley Lin was there, and she was basically nudging me to do more and step into my power. She was really disappointed that I was not doing more. She was acting as a catalyst, pushing me to stop making excuses and lean into the leadership role available to me.

Initial Interpretation
This dream follows the previous day’s dream about Governor Polis and seems to be a "part two" regarding leadership. While the first dream showed you leading the brainstorm, this dream highlights the internal resistance or "excuses" that might still be present.
Ashley Lin—who in real life is focused on AI policy, systems, and human flourishing—serves as a mirror for your own potential. Her disappointment isn't a condemnation, but a call to action. It suggests that your peer group (and your own subconscious) recognizes a level of "power" or influence you possess that you aren't fully utilizing yet. The dream is a nudge to stop playing small and to "step into your power" as a leader among leaders.
